{July 14th - 19th}
Instead of going out to OK for 4th of July this summer to see Brian's family, we rented a big house down in Florida, just outside of Destin and decided to all meet and spend a week at the beach.
I think the exact beach we were on was Seacrest beach and it was beautiful.
Our house, Ariel's Reef, was right across the street from the access down the beach and also had an awesome pool in the back.
Most of the family was down for 6-7 days and we met up the last 5 days.
At the airport headed out!

This was our first time down to the Destin area and the beach did not disappoint!
Everett just wanted to storm out into the ocean so we had to keep a really close eye on him.
But neither of the boys really loved the beach or ocean.
They hated that the salty water stung their eyes and then they would try to rub the salt out with their sandy hands and get sand in them.
It was kind of a vicious cycle.

The boys loved our pool in the back!
We would usually head down to the beach in the morning and play there for a little bit and then head back to swim in the pool before lunch.
Also hit up the pool every afternoon.
These little boys are crazy little fishes in the pool!
Braxton has been doing great at swimming lesson and just wants to practice jumping in and diving for rings.
Everett also has NO fear and just walks or jumps right off the edge.
We only had 1 scary moment when he walked in without his floatie, but made sure to keep it on him at all times while he was out back.
We went out to dinner one night in Seaside to check out the sweet town.
We had to wait forever for our food, but I still loved the area so much!
