Halloween 2015

{October 31st}

We had a really fun time with the boys this Halloween!
Braxton decided on a storm trooper months ahead of time so we decided Everett would be Yoda.
(trying to take advantage of being able to pick his costume before he has an opinion)
Of course he wanted nothing to do with putting on his costume...
on Halloween night, we ended up battling him for an hour and finally bribing him with cereal to get it on.
Luckily, it didn't seem to bother him once it was on.
He figured out trick or treating really quickly and loved riding the wagon between houses and walking up with Braxton.

We hit up the Fall Festival at the boys school on Friday night.
Of course Everett refused the costume.
Braxton LOVED the little parade they do and all the fun they had for the kids.

And then this happened...
some adult in a storm trooper costume made his night!
A REAL storm trooper!!!

Halloween night!

Our first stop to visit our favorite neighbors!
The boys LOVE Mr. Steve, Ms. Julie, Emily and Jacob

Trick or Treating!

Sure love these little Star Wars boys!

Carving Pumpkins

Both boys were super into carving pumpkins this year.
In the past, its been exciting for 5 minutes and then Braxton would bail but he stuck around and was engaged the whole time.
He liked deciding on his face and helping saw out the pieces.
And Everett was all over it too.
I drew out a Mickey Mouse shape and out of nowhere he pointed and said "Mickey"... clear as day.
It's so fun celebrating holidays with these two crazies.
