Spring Soccer

Braxton played spring soccer again with the same team from the fall and had a great season.

He's on a team with a good coach, good kids and good parents so that is nice!

For the most part, he still doesn't show much interest in the games or engage a whole lot.

He tries hard at practice and says he has fun and likes to play, so we'll see how it goes this next fall.

He did get aggressive a few times and scored some great goals.

Such a little stud!

Sand Dunes 2017

{June 2nd - 4th}

We had a great trip down to the Sand Dunes National Park again this year.

We had really low expectations since it was Graysons first time camping but he did great and the boys had such a good time!

It wasn't too relaxing for this mama, just with the baby and all the extra work that entails, but everything went well.

Everett dumped dirt all over himself LITERALLY 2 minutes after we got out of the car at camp.

The boys went nuts exploring all over and climbing trees.

We could not keep tabs on Braxton for longer than 2 minutes before he disappeared again with friends.

There were 70 people in our entire group this year, but we didn't end up knowing a couple of the families.  Luckily, we had several of our close friends on our group site so it was fun to hang out with everyone.

Grayson did great!  He didn't nap well or drink his bottles well, but he slept through the night like he does at home, which is all we could have hoped for!  The boys ran around and explored until we made them come in and crashed within minutes of laying down.

The weather on Saturday when we were at the dunes was a little chillier than normal, and the sand was still wet from the rain the night before.  So we weren't able to slide down very well like last year.  

But the boys still loved climbing around, and digging down by the little creek.

Can't wait for more adventures with this little family of mine!
