{October 19th}
This has been such a fun month and Everett has learned a bunch of new baby tricks!
Little man is a mover and shaker.
He will not sit still and just started crawling!!
He has been rolling all over to get where he wants to go
and has been getting up on all fours and rocking for a few weeks but just put all the moves together last week.
He is cruising all over the place now chasing after brother.
He can also pull up and stand holding onto things, and can

He can also pull up and stand holding onto things, and can
get from his tummy back to sitting up.
He gets 'stuck' standing up though and doesn't know how to sit back down.

He has a super sensitive gag reflex!
If he gags at all, he pukes...
majorly pukes, as in the entire contents of his stomach!
He gags (and throws up) every single time we've tried to give him tylenol or ibuprofen.
He also has a hard time eating puffs sometimes too.
If he gags a little on just a tiny piece, he'll throw up.
He's done a pretty good job of chewing it up and swallowing it if we feed them to him one at a time but I think he is going to be slow to eat solids with the whole gag issue.
He has learned how to sign 'milk' and will also do the motion to wave 'bye bye'.
He does the same motion for 'all done' too, but we're working on correcting that one.
He learned how to clap!
He randomly just started copying Braxton while riding in his car seat the other day.
We've moved him up to a convertible car seat (rear facing, of course).
He is just getting so big and heavy and we hate lugging that huge infant seat around.
I've mentioned his love for Braxton
but our favorite part is how Everett LIGHTS UP and gets so excited
when Braxton comes into the room.
He's started to find his voice and opinion.
The boys both love this little fishing pole bath toy and have started fighting over it.
Everett had it first and Braxton kept trying to trade him toys and get it.
Everett would not give it up and would "yell" back.
So cute watching these little brothers interact!
He popped his first tooth at 7.5 months on the bottom and #2 on the bottom is getting so close!
Braxton never really fussed or showed many symptoms when he was teething- they would just pop up out of nowhere.
But this second tooth of Everett's has been swollen for over a week and won't pop through!
Little man has been extra cranky lately so we're hoping it comes soon.
He is definitely a tummy sleeper now.
And spends most of the night with his cute little bum in the air.
He's fearless in the bath.
Gets crazy excited when he hears the water start running and loves it!
He has started diving for toys all over the bath and will flop down onto his tummy.
He also tries to pull himself up on the edge and likes to just stand there.
We basically have to be holding him nonstop in there now.
He loves sitting in the cart at the grocery store like a big boy.
He always stays really still when I cut his finger nails.
These 8 months have seriously FLOWN by... I can't believe he is getting so big so fast!
We sure love this little Peanut more than anything!
