A Week at Mimi & Papa Jim's

{December 16th -22nd}

 

Brian tore his ACL back in November and we scheduled surgery last minute for December 10th.  Since I wasn't able to take the whole week off of work, my mom was able to come down and stay with us for a week to help.

We sent Braxton back up with her to Montana to stay a week before we flew up for the week of Christmas.

It was a huge help since Brian was back to work but still had a hard time getting around and doing things.

It was a little creepy how quiet it was in the morning and at night without him there.

We had a great week getting to go out and meet up with friends, but after a few nights we were missing that Nug like crazy.

Good thing he was having fun at Mimi and Papa Jim's!

They said he did great the first 3-4 days and then got really needy/clingy the last couple.

I think a lot had to do with the 6 teeth his is currently cutting.

(yes, 6!!! We are power-teething around here)
